Chicago Northside Maker Fest

Since 2011, Schurz High School has been home to the Chicago Northside Maker Fest, an annual gathering of fascinating, curious people who enjoy learning and who love sharing what they can do. From engineers to artists to scientists to crafters, Maker Fest is a venue for these "makers" to show hobbies, experiments, projects. This event is currently on hiatus; we hope to relaunch this annual tradition in 2023!
